The Modern Mansion of Miami is located adjacent to the former Versace Mansion in iconic Art Deco, South Beach. With the former Versace Mansion now converted from the residence of the late Gianni Versace to a hotel and restaurant, The Modern Mansion of Miami is now the only free-standing residence east of Collins Avenue between 5th and 14th streets known as SOBE's primary promenade along Ocean Drive.
The Penthouse
Access the residence via 2 secure gates then take your private elevator to the living quarters on the 2nd floor or living room lounge and kitchen on floor 3.

Peloton+ with guest access located on floor 3. Bring your own spin shoes to clip in. 2 yoga mats, 2 yoga blocks, resistance bands, jump rope, 5 pound weights available for use with Peloton+ classes. Sports equipment available: basketball, 2 tennis rackets, volleyball, and football for beach fun. Muscle Beach and beach volleyball courts 3 blocks away.
Recharge
The 2nd floor consists of 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom includes 2 queen beds and both have an additional twin XL trundle which can extend to sleep a total of 6 guests comfortably. The master also comes equipped with 4K smart TV, master bath with walk in glass shower, bidet, toilet, and sink. Take in beautiful sunrise views from your private master outdoor terrace accessed through French doors directly from the master bedroom.
Refresh
The guest bedroom is cozy with a queen bed (sleeps 2), 4K smart TV, closet, and desk. Additionally there is a full hall bath on the 2nd floor with a glass walk in shower, toilet, and sink. The couch on the 3rd floor pulls out to a short queen bed (sleeps 2). There are also 1 twin and 1 queen blow up air mattresses available.
